(Mystic Merlinite)
Mystic Merlinite, also known as Indigo Gabbro, is a combination mineral discovered in Madagascar. It is composed of several minerals, including feldspar, chlorite, serpentine, muscovite, and magnetite. Little is known about its founder and the reason for naming this stone after the mystic Merlin. Merlin was a supposed mythological creature created in the 12th century around the time of King Arthur. His name derives from the Welsh folk legend Myrddin Wyllt.
Merlin was a druidic shapeshifter, who harnessed the power of magic to cast spells. He was the son of the Devil and servant of God. Stories of Merlin range from battling dragons to reading prophecies into the future.
